La Reinosa restaurante

From Reinosa to Avenida del General Perón

We are not going to tell you the story you have already heard a hundred times. We would rather you told us yours.

Our kitchen comes from the Cantabrian roots of the founding family, from the town of Reinosa. That is where the name comes from, and where the anchoas de Santoña come from, and the squid fried the way it is fried in Santander, and a rice pudding that is, quite literally, the recipe from home.

Built on that: a menu of traditional dishes rebuilt with a modern hand. Beef from cattle raised free on the high green pastures of northern Spain. Fish straight from the market. And a kitchen that does not close all day, because hunger does not keep office hours.

Reserved for disfrutones

There is only one kind of guest at La Reinosa: the disfrutones. The word does not really translate. It means the people who know how to let go, who live every experience at full tilt and who, come Thursday, hear the afterwork calling.

So if that sounds like you, welcome to the restaurant reserved for disfrutones. Pídenos por esa boquita.
